　　The difference in performance of different GPS products mainly depends on the core chip. The technical indicators you see when you buy GPS are determined by the GPS chip, and the future development of GPS is also determined by the core chip technology.

　　I want to make a digression here. The performance of GPS receivers is largely affected by antenna technology, but antennas vary widely. Users only need to understand the type of antenna technology. GPS antennas mainly include helical antennas and flat-panel antennas. The former has weak directivity, but the gain is relatively small; the latter has strong directivity, but the gain is also strong, and is suitable for use in a fixed place. Of course, the larger the size of the antenna, the better the effect. Some products are equipped with high-gain antennas that can be connected externally. This type of antenna generally uses helical antennas, because when the size of the external antenna becomes larger, the gain is not a problem, and it is more sensitive to directivity.
